During harvest season, the farm becomes a bustling hub of activity. Skilled hands selectively pick ripe coffee cherries from the trees, separating them based on their level of ripeness. The cherries Zare then meticulously processed through methods like pulping, fermentation, washing, and drying to bring out their unique flavors.

Sprawling across lush landscapes, the farm boasts rows of vibrant coffee trees, their glossy leaves shimmering in the sun. Interwoven among these trees are macadamia nut trees, contributing to the farm’s diverse produce. The farm takes pride in its meticulous cultivation and harvesting of coffee cherries, which are then expertly processed and roasted on-site creating their delicate, but prominent flavor profiles.

Moving from Dallas to the Big Island of Hawaii, purchasing a coffee farm, we started out on a journey to bring the love of 100% Kona Coffee to your morning cup of coffee. Heath roasts each small batch of coffee to order, while Jason is the friendly face you see at farmers markets around the island.

Together, Heath and Jason have built more than just a small coffee business; they've created a community centered around their love for coffee and the land.
